Delaware Basin OCTG Connection Intelligence Framework
Monograph — April 2026 — 32 pages
An analytical pipeline aggregating tube-to-tube connection usage patterns from operator-level public reporting in the Delaware Basin. The work consolidates connection-usage data not previously aggregated at market level, providing decision-grade visibility for OCTG producers, midstream supply-chain leadership, and basin-focused industrial analysts.
Methodology. The pipeline combines AI-assisted data-extraction (PDF and OCR-based ingestion of fragmented operator reporting), connection-type classification, well-level aggregation, and basin-level rollup. The complete reproducibility archive — including source URLs, extraction scripts, and intermediate data files — is appended to the monograph.
Production context. Produced in collaboration with senior supply-chain leadership at a Euronext-listed industrial supplier serving North American oil & gas exploration and production activity.

Se lancer dans le repreneuriat
Methodology textbook — Maxima / Dunod — January 2024
Se lancer dans le repreneuriat: La reprise d'entreprise, un investissement rentable, utile et à la portée de tous. ISBN 978-2-8188-1158-0. Published by Maxima (a Dunod / Hachette imprint) in the French Management / Stratégie d'entreprise category.
Scope. A 240-page operationally-grounded textbook covering target identification, financial-structure design (LBO mechanics, vendor financing, mezzanine debt, bridge structures), valuation, negotiation, and post-acquisition operational integration for individual operators acquiring small- and mid-market businesses in the €1M–€20M revenue range.
Framework. The textbook codifies the Reprenariat methodology. It has been adopted by independent practitioners for their own SME acquisitions in the French market, including the documented turnaround of a multi-entity food-processing group.
Editorial context. Maxima is among the most selective professional-reference imprints in the French Management category. Editorial acceptance is a non-trivial filter; the catalog skews toward audited operating frameworks rather than narrative business writing.
